So conscientious and reliable. I was going to leave it there as it says it all. But I had to expand. Insight are great at making sure everything was kept up and running. They are good at being proactive so if there is something that could be improved, something that they know is going to be updated soon or a plugin that has been reported as causing problems, they are on the case. I used to do my own website updates but of course they were always slipping and because I had other ‘real work’ to do and because I wasn’t doing it regularly it took me sooo much longer to find out what needed doing and try to remember how to do it and if I could do it!
