  • Preferential Rates – we offer customers who take out support contracts discount from our standard ad-hoc hourly rate.
  • One Hour Minimum – a contract can be from as little as one hour per week depending on your requirements.
  • 6-month Minimum Term – there is a 6-month minimum term to achieve the benefits and savings of a web maintenance contract.
  • Priority Service – customers on WordPress website maintenance and support contracts receive priority over ad-hoc support requests.
  • Guaranteed Response Time – we guarantee a response time of 3 working days for maintenance check requests (in reality we usually make checks for you within 24 hours).
  • Support Operating Times – Our support hours are 09:30-17:00 (GMT), Monday-Thursday. Support is closed Friday (for internal training), Saturday, Sunday and during UK Bank Holidays.
  • Support Tickets – Support requests are raised from the Support Portal on our website, which issues a unique support ticket reference number. Once issued, tickets are managed by one of our support team and they or one of your account managers will respond to you.
  • Professional Updates – we have a vast knowledge of the systems we utilise to build our websites so can quickly make changes and ensure that everything looks right and works perfectly.
  • No Minimum Incident Charge – unlike ad-hoc we do not levy any minimum time for contract web maintenance. All time spent on changes is logged and allocated to the contract as used.
