During our first telephone call Mark listened intently to what I wanted and by asking some very clever questions was able to capture my requirements for three websites in a very short space of time. Insight customer service is excellent; doing what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it; answering my naïve questions with a smile and some expert advice.
